Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), the full name of density fiberboard, is a board made of wood fibers or other plant fibers as raw materials, prepared from fibers, applied with synthetic resin, and pressed under conditions of heat and pressure. 

According to its density, it can be divided into high density fiberboard, medium density fiberboard and low density fiberboard. Among them, the nominal density range of medium density fiberboard is 650Kg/m³-800Kg/m³

Due to its uniform structure, fine material, smooth surface, stable performance, impact resistance, easy processing and good decorative properties, density board is widely used in domestic furniture, decoration, musical instruments and jewelry packaging. The commonly used thickness of density board in jewelry props is 5mm-20mm.

2.Acrylic:

Acrylic, also called PMMA or plexiglass, comes from the English acrylic (acrylic plastic), and its chemical name is polymethyl methacrylate. 

It is an important plastic polymer material developed earlier. It has good transparency, chemical stability and weather resistance, is easy to dye, easy to process, and has beautiful appearance. It is widely used in handicrafts and construction industries. Plexiglas products can generally be divided into cast sheets, extruded sheets and molding compounds.

Commonly used thicknesses in jewelry display racks are 3mm-30mm. Commonly used colors are transparent, milky white, etc., and the main processes include frosting, spray painting, etc.

3.Flocking cloth:

Flocking is the use of the physical properties of same-sex charges repel and opposite-sex attract, so that the villi are negatively charged, and the object to be flocked is placed under zero potential or grounding conditions. The villi are attracted to the plant body by the different potentials and become vertical. Accelerate and fly to the surface of the object that needs to be flocked. Since the plant body is coated with glue, the fluff is vertically stuck to the plant body. Therefore, electrostatic flocking is a new production process that uses the natural characteristics of electric charges.
